Undefeated Dodgers

TJ had another undefeated season with the Dodgers.  He had a great time with this team, majority of the boys he has played ball with since he was 4 years old.  He mainly played outfield, catcher and pitcher for this season.

MA likes to take all the pillows off the coach and pile them in the middle of the living room.  This creates a nice cushion for his landing!  Of course, I caught him as he was in the middle of all this.  Usually, I'm in the kitchen cooking and I'll come out and see the tornado in the living room.  Today I had proof and snapped away!

Promotion Day

TJ's school no longer have graduations.  It is now called Promotion Day because the kids are promoting to high school and want to reserve that special day for when they graduate 12th grade.
No cap and gowns or walking the line.  The boys dressed up in dress pants and a tie while the girls got dolled up in some really adorable dresses.
Because TJ received honors for his accomplishments, he got to be in the front of the line.  So he was actually the second pairing coming down the stage.  They announced each category the kids received medals in and had them stand up everytime.  So we got to see TJ stand up for the Rotary Scholarship (nomination), top 12 GPA, and Boy Student of the Year (nomination).
Afterwards, they just announced the kids by row and had them stand and turn to parents for their promotion.  It was kind of nice because the whole thing lasted an hour.  Quick and to the point!
TJ had a good time and attended the Promotion Dance right after!  Even danced with a couple of girls!
